Home Condition - What qualifies and what doesn't

Can anyone direct me to some information online about a home not "passing" FHA inspection? When you see a listing that doesn't qualify for an FHA loan due to condition, does anyone know if there is an actual description of what "passes" and what doesn't, and where that description is online? Thanks.
