PUD with leased land

Hi everyone, our loan just got suspended due to leased land issues, can someone anyone help us out with this. We are getting our loan through BofA or not now, but anyways there are a few other propertys that just sold and or are in escrow through BofA with FHA financing and they did not get kicked back. Can anyone tell me what the deal is or help me.

If other properties are getting closed then there must be something else going on. Ask for a more specific answer. What exactly is wrong with the lease?
