Don't miss out on getting a Rural Housing Loan

More people should be looking at Rural Housing loans - they are not just for farms and rural properties. You would be surprised at the areas that qualify! If you are in a larger city, then no, a property won't qualify. BUT if you are right outside a large city ... you might!
These are for purchases only. They are 100% loans with NO Mortgage Insurance. Great terms and rates ...

Let us know if you are interested - take care.

I would like someone to contact me regarding available home loans. I am looking to purchase a home. I am a first time home buyer, a teacher (teacher next door), AND want to purchase in a rural area. I cannot ever get the "listings" for the teacher next door houses to work properly and have had problems getting in contact with a loan officer. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

I currently live in Fullerton, CA (Southern California). I have a family (live-in girlfriend for 25 yrs. and we have 3 children). I want to move to relocate to Northern California near Placerville or other surrounding rural communities. I was interested in the FHA 203 (k) program, or any other similar programs, that would allow me to buy or build a four-plex rental property with no or a minimal down payment. I would appreciate some information regarding these programs, as well as a definition of "Rural Housing" in California.
